Flow meter installation training to be held June 27th
/Individuals who would like to install flow meters in the Lower Elkhorn NRD, need to be trained and certified by the district. The next training will be held on Monday, June 27th, 2016 in the Lifelong Learning Center on the campus of Northeast Community College in Norfolk.
